It summarizes all these feelings throughout the past years of post-adolescence - learning to love, struggling as a band, losing friends and finding back to each other. The lyrics dig into some of the deep wounds of our generation, revolving around fear, faith, truth and the growing social and mental impact of media on our modern-day life.
For the first time, we haven’t let genres or other people's opinions take control over our
writing process. The album builds on our roots in pop-punk and heavy music. And from there we somehow just let all our influences from Electronic Dance Music, Core, and bedroom pop flow.“
